The MP-series is our comprehensive range of next-generation DTH hammers. The MP30, MP35, and MP36 hammers can be used for hole sizes between 85 mm and 105 mm (3.4” – 4.1”). MODULAR DRILL MAST ATTACHMENTS
A max 8.8” ID for casings and min 2.5” ID for drill rods. The Double Breakout Clamps come with a top hydraulic breakout cylinder set of jaws and a bottom set of fixed grip jaws. The grip jaws have hardened steel grip ‘teeth’ to securely hold casings and rods. Capable of gripping of gripping and breaking out even the toughest casings
The JT200 Series Rotation Head has a maximum torque of 10 000 ft-lbs and 2 set speeds with variable speed control in between. The high torque/low speed and low torque/high speed settings allow the operator to alternate the drill head’s power and speed for different drilling applications and drill methods. A 2 3/8” center bore allows for water or air flushing with an optional 2 500 psi 90-degree swivel.
A max 8.8″ ID for casings and min 1″ ID for drill rods. The Gate Clamps come with a hydraulic breakout cylinder and two rod wrenches sized to your applications drill rods. The rods guides or ‘slips’ are also sized to fit the drill rods or casings as required. Capable of gripping both steel and PVC casings the water well and geothermal applications.
