Experienced Shop Service Technician – Commerce City

• The Service Technician is responsible for the high quality and effective repair of equipment both internally and externally located at the shop. They provide excellent customer service, maintain professionalism, utilize web-based platforms to keep detailed records for time, parts, supplies, purchases and repairs. Daily duties include performing diagnostic inspections, reconditioning or repairing equipment or parts, maintaining complete and detailed working records for time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases for repairs, maintaining and caring for shop tools, company equipment and company vehicles, job code efficiency, following all safety rules and regulations, as well as representing Vermeer Colorado at factory, industry and company events, including meetings and trainings.
  • Position type & shift: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Mon – Fri, 8am to 5pm
  • Out of State Travel Required: Up to 2 weeks per year
  • Wage: $32 – $40/hr

Experienced Field Service Technician – Commerce City

• The Field Service Technician is responsible for the high quality and effective repair of equipment both internally and externally located in the field or at the shop. They provide excellent customer service, maintain professionalism, drive to a from jobsites in a company vehicle and utilize a web-based platform to keep detailed records for time, parts, supplies, purchases and repairs. Daily duties include performing diagnostic inspections, reconditioning or repairing equipment or parts, maintaining complete and detailed working records for time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases for repairs, preparing estimates, maintaining and caring for shop tools, company equipment and company vehicles, daily vehicle inspection reports, job code efficiency, following all safety rules and regulations, as well as representing Vermeer Colorado at factory, industry and company events, including meetings and trainings.
  • Position type & shift: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Mon – Fri, 8am to 5pm
  • Out of State Travel Required: Up to 4 weeks per year
  • Wage: $34 – $44/hr

Parts Specialist – Commerce City

• The Parts Specialist is responsible for assisting customers and internal departments with their parts needs. They are professional problem solvers that are the first point of contact for incoming phone, walk-in and online parts requests and are critical in providing a positive customer experience throughout the equipment’s lifecycle. Typical duties include customer service, parts look-up & ordering, maintaining fleet portal status, collecting payments, monitoring reports, load out assistance, learning about the equipment and maintaining a clean workspace and professional demeanor
  • Position type & shift: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Mon – Fri, 8 am to 5 pm / 9 am to 6 pm
  • Out of State Travel Required: Up to one week per year
  • Wage: $23 – $27/hr

Experienced Service Manager – Colorado Springs

• The service manager’s mission is to provide outstanding service experiences for our customers through effective communication, management, and quality controls while upholding a safe, productive and clean work environment for our employees. Their responsibilities include communicating with customers regarding service needs, equipment drop-offs & pick up’s, preparing & delivering estimates, maintaining fleet intelligence customer communication portal, shop workflow scheduling, collecting payments, labor recovery & WIP reports, service personnel management & quality control, shop tool inventory, safety & accidents, telematics and warranty monitoring, completing counter tickets, parts lookup & basic ordering along with representing Vermeer Colorado at factory, industry and company events, including meetings and trainings.
